  Like almost every KFC, they are closed well before their advertised closing time. What is it with this company? Its has to be some sort of general policy. They will never change their advertised time, because they want you to miss their competitors, who actually shut on time.
  
  I urge anyone else who has been caught out, and there will be many, to just go somewhere else, during the last hour of official trading. Give them what they want, clearly they don't want customers at such inconvenient times.

  This restaurant is that of a preference due to the speed of service (SOS) and product quality. The staff are usually competent in their roles and always provide the customer with a receipt, however haven't mentioned the guest experience survey (GES). The customer service is of an adequate level, I'd suggest a focus on extended training.
