  We were visiting over the easter holidays and went to the 11th street cafe for lunch. The staff were extremely unfriendly and not one of them smiled once the whole time we were there. Very disappointing.

  Worst of the worst. Cant believe I paid $26 for 4 pieces of bread and 4 eggs just because they dony have the ingredients for any breakfast dish. The cake baking heritage is the winner of "week old cakes" competition.
  
  Forget about a nice, friendly service.
  
  You should stop calling yourself "bakery"! Real bakeries don't use Wollworths' homebrand bread!

  It might be a really good idea that whoever the owner is, should strongly encourage his two staff members at 11th ace shop and working at 2.30 pm on 22.3.16, not to argue about rosters and break times in front of customers waiting to be served. Pretty pathetic and they were lucky that customer didn't walk out and go somewhere else. Then service was unfriendly with pies and chips that had been probably warmed up day. Customer service in retail and hospitality must be number 1 at all times.

  Call 1 pm 11th st bakery 2 staff very busy most tables used , put our order in and we thought we would have to wait no more than 4 minutes we had our lunch. The staff were loverly smiling and said sorry about the wait i said what wait there was non.. three very happy customers
